Chancellor’s address continued

Using a well-articulated curriculum that enables the conduct of 18 weeks concentrated academic work per semester, we are able to empower scholars with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities that make them stand out in the global world of work. To achieve this mandate, we continue to deploy sophisticated teaching aids, modern state-of-the-art studios, fully equipped laboratories, stacked libraries and ICT solutions.  Our academic curriculum has been structured to embody a wide variety of the most sought after courses in the competitive fields of Medicine, Engineering, Law,  Environmental Sciences, Agriculture, Natural and Applied Sciences, Humanities, Social and Management Sciences, in undergraduate and post graduate levels.

Furthermore, you will be pleased to discover that all our scholars have the advantage of learning French as an extra language and acquiring additional entrepreneurial skills before graduation. Talent discovery remains one of our chiefest pursuits here as we encourage our scholars, not only to identify their natural endowments, but also to pursue the development of such gifts. Which is why the Gregory University Uturu multi media centre continues to be upgraded and updated with high-tech facilities that enable endless possibilities in broadcasting, musicology, cinematography, videography and photography.

Our efforts to keep the campus free of cultism, indiscipline and general deviant behavior continue to bear fruits with the increasing activities of faith-based organizations, and the recent inauguration of the GUU Anti-Drug Club. Result being that the campus remains calm, peaceful and conducive for knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.

  1. Welcome on board as you satiate your quest for knowledge!
  2. Indeed welcome to a world of endless possibilities in knowledge and skill acquisition!!
  3. Welcome to GUU where knowledge drops as dew!!!
