Prof Anwuka, Minister of State for Education commends GUU

The minister of state for education has commended the management of Gregory University Uturu for partnering the federal government in the task of training Nigerian youths.
Speaking recently during the second convocation ceremony of Gregory University Uturu,Prof Anwuka pledged the sustained support and encouragement of the federal ministry of education to the young institution.According to the minister “It is clear from the much I have seen that Gregory University Uturu is certainly emerging as a global leader in the league of technology driven higher institutions of note in the 21st century. The federal government shall continue to provide the needed policy framework that will in turn encourage private institutions like Gregory University Uturu to sustain their important role towards attaining the education goals of our administration”.
Welcoming guests earlier the Chancellor of Gregory University Uturu Dr Gregory Ibe stated that the event would be used to “release another batch of global leaders and world changers to the highly competitive labour market where they have been configured by the institution to be champions”.
The ceremony witnessed the conferment of bachelors degrees on a total of sixty graduates and honorary doctorate degrees on some distinguished personalities including the Vice President of ECOWAS Commission Edward Singhartey and Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa.
