Gregory University Uturu signs MoU with Dalhousie University, Canada

In a bid to strengthen its already existing relationship with foreign Universities and as part of its distinguishing features, Gregory University Uturu’s Exchange Programme has gained another momentum as the University recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dalhousie University, Canada.

The MoU which becomes effective on January 1, 2019 aims at facilitating a broad academic relationship between Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Computer Science and Gregory University Uturu’s College of Natural and Applied Sciences, Department of Computer Science and establishes a cooperative relationship as well as providing a framework for further collaborative activities between the two institutions.

Signed by the President and Vice Chancellor of Dalhousie University, Canada, Dr. Richard Florizone and the Founder and Chancellor of Gregory University, Uturu, Professor Gregory Ibe, the MoU has provisions for Cooperative Research, Exchange of Faculty Members and Researchers, Students’ Exchanges and Exchange of Scientific and Information Materials, among others.

Reacting to this latest development, the Vice Chancellor, Gregory University Uturu, Professor Augustine Uwakwe, while commending the Chancellor for the MoU assured members of the institution that they will benefit from this cordial relationship.
