Management Announces New Date For Commencement of 2015 Harmattan
Gregory University Uturu announces the commencement of its 2015/2016 academic session. Management of Gregory University Uturu has announced Saturday, 3rd October as the new date for the commencement of the 2015 Harmattan semester.
A release endorsed by the Registrar of Gregory University Uturu, Dr Austin Orisakwe states that the school management arrived at the new date to enable the effecting of certain necessary preparations for the new academic session.
The release therefore enjoined both new and old scholars to ensure strict compliance to the new resumption date, stressing that registration of courses, reorientation programme and other academic activities will commence immediately.
According to the Registrar, the University management has approved the meting out of harsh sanctions to defaulters to discourage non-compliance.
Gregory University Uturu announces the commencement of its 2015/2016 academic session. Scholars are mandated to return to the campus on Sept 12, 2015. Parents are required to pay at least 60% of the school fees of their wards on the first week of resumption. The balance of 40% is to be paid not later than the first week of the second semester The management of Gregory University has graciously approved a reduction of 30% Also any scholar of the university who pays his/her total fees at once on the first week of resumption will be entitled to a N25,000.00 discount.

In furtherance of the bilateral linkage relationship established by the management of Gregory University Uturu with notable ivy league institutions in the United States of America,a fifteen member delegation from GUU is currently participating in a summer exchange programme in Langston University Oklahoma.Made up of thirteen students and two officials,the team joined scholars from other nations in capacity building lectures,seminars and training workshops specially handled by renowned academics. While the students enjoy the rare privilege of expanding their educational frontiers through learning in a new environment,the officials are led by GUU's Director of Enterprise Ventures Prof Vincent Imo in conducting research into goat breeding and other associated forms of agric business.
